According to the division of the ranch of  Don Juan Pedro Domecq Nuñez de Villavicencio, previously Veragua, in 1937, one of the shares belonged to Don Alvaro Domecq y Diez who sold it in 1945 to his brother Don Salvador Domecq, who in turn in 1951 sold it to Don José Manuel Domecq Rivero, from whom it was aquired in 1970 by don Francisco Javier Osborne Domecq ,who replaced the studs with others from the ranch of Don Jose Luis Osborne Vazquez and it was acquired in 1994 by D. Salvador Martín Losada for Dehesa Los Recitales S.L.
